Angiography Report:
Findings:
LM - Normal
LAD - Moderate ostial disease and proximal subtotal Occlusion
LCX - Dominant, Normal
RCA- Non Dominant, Normal
Management:
CABG - LIMA to LAD was opted, (PCI to LAD as second option)
