There were any number of versions of this song recorded in Britain and the USA in the early 1930s. This one is by the wonderful Al Bowlly, with his old chum Monia Liter accompanying him on the piano. This version is unusual in that it includes the seldom heard introduction, and verses that most other versions omit.
