This is a review of the second version of Rock 'N Roll (previously released from 1982-1984 as the GI Joe teams first Machine Gunner). This figure was notable for the over-the-top twin gatling guns he came with. There is a packaging/figure variation: early versions say "Made in Hong Kong" and later versions (when Hasbro moved their factory in 1990) say "Made In China". However, the 1990 released cardbacks did not update the roster or the 1988 copyright unlike other 1989 figures.
