Rebecca Tripp: Reawakening the "Inner Child" and What That Actually Means

I decided to make another video in the same format as the one about creativity, artists’ block (etc) and the process of rediscovering one’s inner muse. In this video I also talk about how we get disconnected from "the inner child", what that term even means and why it's important to get "back in touch". I tried my hardest to break down the psychological implications of adulthood, childhood and inner vs outer perceptions of various kinds of experiences. It is my hope to help others tune back in to a feeling of authenticity, receptivity and even joy. Once again, I apologize in advance for the sound quality.
