This was an early June attempt to do section 1 of the WABDR. We experienced several deep snow crossings along the route, mostly by Takhlakh Lake. We wanted to map out some nice places to camp on our adventure too. We tried going around the Indian Heaven Wilderness on a remote route that parallels the official route of the WABDR.
