WORLDS HAPPIEST ANIMALl! Rottnest Island's QUOKKAS get a visit from Bondi Vet Dr Chris Brown

Dr Chris Brown (from tv series Bondi Vet) visits Rottnest Island, a tiny paradise 30 mins offshore from Perth (Western Australia) to get some selfies with the happiest animal in the world - the QUOKKA! (Selfies with the island's famous inhabitant started going viral several years ago). The quokka has an easy relaxed lifestyle living in paradise - it has almost no predators on Rottnest Island which is almost the only place in the world it can be found (there were a tiny number of feral cats in the ~70s but successfully eradicated), and the only vehicles allowed on the island are emergency/maintenance vehicles/bus service - visitors mostly get around on bicycles (BYO or rent there) - literally the quokkas only concern in life is how their hair looks in selfies. The ~8000-12000 quokkas are used to humans and very inquisitive not shy, but you must not handle them (gentle pat at most, but if youre lucky they might go out of their way to make contact with you!) and VERY IMPORTANTLY DO NOT FEED THEM as they can easily get sick from human food. There are fines if you don't respect these simple laws which exist to protect this beautiful animal on this beautiful island paradise so it can remain the worlds happiest animal! (Just a bit of common sense and respect really!)
