The Rev2 boards have arrived, partially assembled.
In this video I complete the assembly, modify the XTAL on the RP2040 board and stack them together.... with a surprise at the end.
EDIT:
12:15 - The 3v3 wire connects to Pin-4 on the TCXO, not pin-1.
EDIT2:
I added a 'v1083' setting to the '/libs/config.py' file which corrects the LED colour.
