This video features a 2003 Saab 9-3 with a 2.0L Turbocharged engine and aftermarket tires and wheels. The car was bought for $1100 which was a steal at the time as the car runs great and has held up well. He did pay $1200 for the wheel and tire setup though. The interior is in great condition still and the car still pulls with that turbo engine. You can really feel the torque after it shifts.
