🌿 Technique: “Watch the watcher” (2 minutes)
Sit comfortably.
Observe your breath.
Notice a thought.
Now ask:“What is aware of this thought?”
Your attention will turn backward —towards the “seer.”
Keep observing the observer.
Don’t try to silence the mind — just stay with the one who is aware.
