Visiting the highlights of Normandy with my son

Bonjour!

A very different vlog this week as I am taking you along a 3 day trip I went on with my 15 year old son. We returned to Normandy to pick up the stuff from my van that I left here last summer and also to visit some of the amazing landmarks of Normandy as well as some historic WWII sites. It was a very emotional trip walking in the footsteps of my American grandfather and learning more about the D-day historic facts which I don't share in this video by the way.
We're taking you to:
the beaches of Normandy near Deauville
the charming town of Honfleur and its harbor
the "falaises" in Etretat
Omaha beach
the incredible bay of Mont Saint Michel
on the Mont Saint Michel
a little peek of the cathedral of Chartres on our way home
