Let's get inside some of the most beautiful tombs of ancient Egypt dating back to the Pyramid Age, over 4.5 thousand years ago!
All the tombs are dated precisely to the 5th Dynasty, the turn of the 25th and 24th centuries BC, the time of pharaohs such as Djedkare Isesi, Nyuserre Ini, and Unas.

In addition to the magnificent tombs of the viziers (the second person in the state, right after the pharaoh!) we will enter the ancient tombs of “the butcher” and “manicurists”. Did they really perform these functions? Where would they get the funds to build such magnificent tombs, and how do their funerary structures differ from those built by the powerful viziers? And finally, why does the tomb known as The Tomb of the Two Brothers still arouse so much controversy? Let's also listen to an excerpt from an ancient gossip about Pharaoh Pepi II Neferkare.
