Today sees the final farewell for 2nd Battalion, The Royal Regiment of Fusiliers, as they say goodbye to their base, Trenchard Barracks, in Germany.
Yesterday it was announced their Regiment was being withdrawn, as part of the government cuts in army numbers.
Trenchard Barracks on the edge of Celle Town Centre has been home to British military units for more than 67 years.
Its closure is part of the Government's plan to drawdown UK troops from Germany, to bring them back to the UK.
