Ingredients:4 cups of Rice (Qilla Excel Extra Long Grain Premium Basmati Rice); meat 1.25kg; masala- Tej pat (Bay leaf) 3-4, dal chini (cinnamon) 1 ½ inch, 1 md sz jaiphal (nutmeg),1 javathri, 6-7 prunes (Dry Aaloo Bhukara), green cardamoms12-14, whole black pepper ¾ ts, 3 black cardamoms, cloves 7-8; 1 ½ cup greek style yogurt; 1ts crushed chillies, 1ts salt, 1 ½ ts chilli powder, 1 ½ ts coriander powder & 1 ½ ts cumin seeds
2 large sz onions; For boiling rice-3ts salt & cloves 6-7; 1 whole garlic, 1 ½ inch ginger & some ginger sliced into matchsticks, 1 lemon, powdered food coloring, kewra water
This recipe is made out of goat meat. If wish you make this recipe with lamb or beef.
Alternative of kewra water! add rose water or you can just leave it out
