Watch all of the incredible Women's action from the first day of the HSBC SVNS in Cape Town. The New Zealand and Australia sevens were up to their usual brilliant ways as they both bulldozed their way through their respective pools to end the day 3-0 - locking in a Semi-Final spot at the DHL Stadium in the process.
Elsewhere the France and USA 7s had strong outings to finish runners up in their pools joining the pacific powerhouses in what is set to be an incredible second day in South Africa.
Japan and Fiji both earned themselves strong wins over Canada and Great Britain respectively - but it wasn't enough to earn the sides who battled it out in last weekend's third place playoff, a spot in the Semi-Finals in Cape Town.
