In addition to writing for Haunt Jaunts, I'm also a contributor at 1428 Elm. It was on their behalf that I got to speak with Eion Bailey ahead of the season 2 premiere of FROM on MGM+.
Before we get to the Q&A, however, there's a clip from season 2 of Jim (Bailey) and Julie (Hannah Cheramy) upon discovering the floor has collapsed into the hole that Tabitha (Catalina Sandino Moreno) was digging in the basement of their house.
As for what I asked Eion Bailey, I wanted to know about Jim's character, who is so calm. Is it tricky to portray someone like that, or does it come naturally because he taps into something he already has within him?
And along similar lines, I wondered how difficult -or easy- it is to play scenes like the one where he gets trapped under the rubble of the collapsed house. (Bravo to both him and whatever team makes that movie magic happen!)
