Taken from the Tiny Toons Christmas Special, and the Eek! The Cat "Merry Eeks'mas" special, on Fox affiliate WXXA-TV (channel 23) in Albany, NY. Both shows aired in primetime.
The thumbnail is from technical difficulties. WXXA put a still image up probably due to no local commercial time. It appears twice in the video during the local commercial break time.
