Credit to @JasontheCartoonFan for letting me know about this... Apparently, all of yesterday (and the one airing today) of the iCarly episode "iQuit iCarly", they used an older 16:9 print with split-screen credits and being Nickelodeon, thought the split-screen credits was apart of the episode, so you have the more current on-screen credits being used.
