Tartan: Exploring the Grid was an international conference expanding the thinking from our now closed exhibition, Tartan. This event was kindly supported by the University of Southampton.
Recognising tartan as an inspiration for design as well as a powerful cultural symbol, the conference provided an opportunity for international researchers, artists, designers, and tartan fans to connect and exchange ideas and knowledge.
