This public lecture was delivered by Dr Chris McLeod, Lecturer in the School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences at Loughborough University.

In this talk, Dr Chris McLeod explores why we eat particular foods, in particular portion sizes, and in particular contexts and discuss how our learned association between a food, its portion size and context is highly influential in determining how much we eat and the nutrients we ingest.
