A report found he attacked 63 patients, staff and visitors, aged between 5 and 75 years at Stoke Mandeville. If that wasn't horrific enough, there was also detail of the cover-ups that allowed it to happen. The Health Secretary says no one should escape justice again because of their celebrity status.
