Video showing how to remove and replace the controller on the TurboAnt X7 Pro, Hx X8 and Decent One Max electric scooters. The process is the same for all scooters that are made by HX with the removable battery in the stem, such as Decent One Max, TurboAnt X7, Riley electric scooters.
Tools required: T25 torx key, cable cutters, knife, heat shrink tubing and electrical tape.
When replacing the controller check with supplier that the replacement unit matches the old unit otherwise it may not work. The controller needs to match with the display controller otherwise it won't work.
