奥三河 湯谷温泉 はづ別館＜その1，館内紹介＆美味しい夕食編＞（愛知県新城市）2025.7.13

お気に入りの温泉郷「湯谷温泉」に行ってきました！
過去、「旅館 ひさご」「はづ合掌」でお世話になりましたが日帰りでも何度も湯谷温泉には通っています。
昔に比べると宿の数が減少してしまい寂しい気がしますが、今回は「湯谷温泉」の宿でも有名処の「奥三河 湯谷温泉 はづ別館」に泊まってみました。（何せあの水曜どうでしょうのロケ地となった宿ですから。有名処と言えますねｗ）
以前から泊まってみたかったのですが１名宿泊のプランがあったりなかったりと中々タイミングが合いませんでした。
「はづ」グループは近隣に「はづ合掌」「はづ別館」「はづ木」「湯の風ＨＡＺＵ」と4か所ありますがこれで2か所制覇したことになります。残りの2か所も近々制覇したいと思います！ｗ
館内は新しさはありません。が！味があります。
画像を見て頂くと分かるかと思いますが所々に大正ロマンのような雰囲気があります。
温泉付き客室なので24時間温泉が楽しめますが泉質は素晴らしいです。
色はまあ泥のような色ですがとても快適に入ることができます。
露天風呂も大浴場もとても気分よく入ることができました
隣が宇連川で昼間は「黄金色に輝く川（底）」を楽しむことができます。
食事は朝も夜も満足するものでしたが、夕食メインの「鳳来牛しゃぶしゃぶ ずんだ鍋」には驚かされました。ずんだのす気に入りの温泉郷「湯谷温泉」に行ってきました！

総合的にこの宿は泊まって正解の宿でした。
次の「はづ」の宿も楽しみです！

I went to my favorite hot spring town, "Yuyake Onsen"! In the past, I have been taken care of by "Ryokan Hisago" and "Hazu Gassho", but I have visited Yuyake Onsen many times even for day trips. It feels a bit sad that the number of inns has decreased compared to the past, but this time I stayed at the famous "Oku Mikawa Yuyake Onsen Hazu Bekkan" (after all, it is the inn that was used as a filming location for 'Wednesday's How About This?'. It's definitely a famous spot, haha). I had wanted to stay there for a long time, but the availability of single-occupancy plans never seemed to match my schedule. The "Hazu" group has four locations nearby: "Hazu Gassho", "Hazu Bekkan", "Hazu Ki", and "Yunokaze HAZU", and with this visit, I have conquered two of them. I hope to conquer the remaining two soon as well! Haha. The interior doesn't have a sense of freshness, but it has character. As you can see from the pictures, there are bits and pieces that have a Taisho romance-like atmosphere. Since the guest room has hot spring access, I could enjoy the hot spring 24 hours a day, and the quality of the spring water is wonderful. The color is somewhat mud-like, but it is very pleasant to bathe in. I was also able to enjoy both the outdoor bath and the large public bath very comfortably. Next door is the Uren River, which sparkles golden during the day. The meals were satisfying, both breakfast and dinner, but I was especially surprised by the main dinner dish, "Hourai Beef Shabu Shabu with Zunda Nabe". ...
The interior is not new. However, it has a certain charm. As you can see from the images, there are places that give off a Taisho Roman vibe. Since it has an onsen room, you can enjoy the hot springs 24 hours a day, and the water quality is excellent. The color resembles mud, but it is very comfortable to soak in. Both the outdoor bath and the large public bath were very pleasant experiences. Next to it flows the Uren River, which you can enjoy during the day as it sparkles "golden" (at the bottom). The meals were satisfying for both breakfast and dinner, but I was surprised by the dinner's main course, "Hōrai beef shabu-shabu with zunda soup." It was my first experience of shabu-shabu in zunda soup, and it was incredibly delicious and a very memorable dish. Overall, staying at this inn was the right choice. I am looking forward to the next inn, "Haz."
