The customer reached out with a very direct message:
“Help me. My carpets are gross.”
Alright then 😅 — straight to the point. I told her I’d see what I could do.

She had to head into work, so I was greeted by her large son when I arrived. Ding.
My guy looked like he could be working the door at a nightclub. Respect. I let him know I was there for the carpet, not the smoke.

We did a quick walkthrough, him trailing behind me. I hit him with the classic carpet-cleaner soundtrack — a few “ok…”, “alright…”, and some low grunts — but in my head I was thinking, yeah… your mom wasn’t exaggerating.
This carpet was gross 😂

He disappeared back to his room to play the game. How do I know?
Because I have two teenage sons of my own. I know exactly what it sounds like when they start popping off at the mouth through those headsets.

I went with the works on this one:
OSR
CRB agitation,
Elevated PSI,
Max heat.

Straight warfare.

By the time I was done, my eyes were sweating…
Wait — I guess that’s just called crying.
These jobs be having me crying sometimes, y’all. Absolute insanity 😮‍💨

But man… it turned out pretty cool.
The transformation spoke for itself. She showed love afterward with a few solid reviews — always appreciated. Respect.
