Registered Sturmgewehr (marked MP43) in 7.92×33mm kurz (8mm kurz) at the range firing mostly 2-round bursts. Ammunition is newly manufactured by Prvi Partizan (PPU) of Serbia (The StG is not mine, but I do have a Kar98K chambered in 7.92x33mm kurz). Produced from 1943–1945, the StG44 was later used in limited numbers by East German, Czechoslovakian and Yugoslavian armed forces. Eastern bloc nations later exported many MP44s / StG44s (and other captured German weapons) to client states in the Middle East, Africa and Asia. They have even been seen in recent conflicts in Syria and Iraq.
