A quick search on my YouTube channel revealed that I have done 26 sandwiches with banana in the name. So it was a bit surprising to find one that I not only hadn’t done but had a combo of ingredients I’ve not see before. Yes, from the Gold Medal Book of Sandwiches from 1922 comes a Banana Sandwich with a twist. Big thanks to Andrew Buc for sending in that cookbook along with several others 🙌
