Lester Brooks holds a Ph.D. in History from the University of Michigan and taught at Illinois State University, Loyola College of Maryland, and for over thirty years at Anne Arundel Community College. He has worked with the Center for Civic Education in Maryland and judged at the National High School competitions on the United States Constitution.
