This is something I spent months working on, and part of why it took so long was trying to balance the progress with other things going on, like transfer applications. I took a lot of notes from the Voices of the Temple cover by @JGSMusic, which I thought was fantastic, though I decided to do the weird twist of one phase being a cinematic approach with the toms and the second being a somewhat atmospheric techno beat. I had a lot of fun utilizing the tom libraries. During the section with the horn and synth bass, I gave the MODO Drum track and Drum Kit Designer track different patterns. Someday, I might want to make a quick video demonstrating that.
