After flying out to Los Angeles for a family wedding, we took a few extra days afterward for birding and relaxing in beautiful, sunny southern California. I saw one of my favorite birds, a Long-billed Curlew, and picked up a lifer Pin-tailed Whydah. A second video from this trip is coming soon.
