Thank you for tuning into my video! In today’s video we are taking our Base Templar 250 forks to the next level! We are adding 4 inches of travel plus adjustable preload to our front forks!

Instructions step by step -
Base Model Templar fork
-Remove top cap, nut, spacer and spring
-dump oil
-Cut spacer to 10 1/2 inches total length
-Install new longer spring
-install coupler nut half way(use blue locktite)
-Install 3” threaded rod(again with blue locktite)
-Add 225-250ml oil(250 seems to be the max without getting hydrolock)
-install shortened spacer
-Install spacer cap and stock nut
-Install top cap
STOCK NUT IS NOW USED TO ADJUST YOUR PRELOAD. MAKE THE SAME ADJUSTMENT TO BOTH SIDES!
This mod extends the total fork length from 830mm to roughly 927mm +/- a couple mm
