NBA Trainer talks about really matters when working with elite athletes

What does it take to make it to the highest level of professional sports? Clearly, there's a talent component, but there's also so much more. And when it comes to training and coaching those elite athletes, there's an entirely different mindset. That's what I get the privilege of talking to Desmond Howard about. As one of the best when it comes to Arizona basketball, and having trained many current NBA and overseas pros, Desmond is well qualified to speak to it.

My name is James Nwobu. My life blends a combination of theology, arts, athletics, tech, entertainment and culture. I’ve graduated from a respected theological seminary; I’m a first-generation, American-born child of Nigerian immigrants; worked in automotive, cell phone wireless, electronics, and software companies—now leading creative teams as a Marketing director and building my own fashion house—Kwenu x House of Eebo.
