Ibeju Lekki and Epe are locations in Lagos, Nigeria. These two locations are good locations depending on what you want to do with the land - Commercial, residential or investment purpose.

The concentration of commercial activities within the Ibeju Lekki and Epe area has made these areas good places to buy a land. Lekki Deep Sea Port is expected to contribute more than USD 200 billion to the government and create close to 163,000 new jobs. Furthermore, Lekki Port will spur the economic development around the Lekki sub-region and the wider Lagos State through rapid industrialization.

On Friday, the vessel ZHEN HUA 28, a heavy lift carrier, berthed at the Lekki Deep Seaport, Lagos, delivering three Ship to Shore (STS) Cranes and 10 Rubber Tired Gantries (RTG) that will help in the swift evacuation of cargoes from vessels to the shore. These cranes, touted as the most sophisticated port equipment, will be used for the first time in Nigeria at the Lekki Port, putting Nigeria at the forefront of container operations in West Africa.

The port is financed by private investors and a consortium of banks who have funded the project with $1.5 billion as of March 2021. The seaport is to occupy up to 90 hectares of land and it is expected to be completed around 2023 and operations to commence in the first half.
