Previous Repair Attempt Gone Wild or Wrong? Open Drain Trace Easy to Miss

Here is a previous repair attempt gone wrong. Pull the board from the heatsink as you never know what has happened underneath. In this situation, a repair attempt was made but they did not pull the board which would have shown open drain traces.
