We travel from one end of the earth to the other to enjoy all the beauty of the world in order to prove the great truth of the saying, I try to find out where nature has poured its wonders to attract nature lovers. But the beauty of nature that we go out to discover, in most cases we fail. Without enjoying the beautiful green land next to the house, we run around in different parts of the world. Many local travelers are fascinated by the natural beauty of the hills, haors, baors, paddy fields, and the folklore of the beloved motherland surrounded by rivers.
From Ekrampur junction, you have to take CNG or Mahendra to Chamta Ghat for 40 to 50 tk. The distance from Ekrampur to Chamta Ghat is twenty kilometers. Trawlers are available from Chamtaghat to Itna. Trawlers leave Chamta Ghat every day from 8 am to 5 pm for regular intervals. Similarly, trawlers ply from Itna every day from 8 am to 5 pm. It costs 80 rupees to go to Itna by trawler, and it takes about two hours. It is better to say that the local people of Kishoreganj call Chamta Ghat locally as 'Chamra Ghat'.

Ananya from Mohakhali, Ananya from Sayedabad can be reached by super bus to Kishoreganj. To visit Nikli Haor, you have to get off at Katiadi or Poolerghat Bazaar. From there it is very easy to travel by bike or easybike.
If you want to come by train, you have to come by Egarasindur Prabhati or Kishoreganj Express. For Nikli travel, you can get off the train at Gachihata before Kishoreganj station and take an easy bike. You have to come to Kishoreganj to visit Itna, Mithamin and Ashtagram Haor. From there the leather port can be reached to the desired destination. Tourists from places other than Dhaka can also travel to Haor through Kishoreganj in the mentioned way.
Although there are no good hotels and restaurants to stay and eat in the haors, you will get fairly quality food. There are better quality hotels in Kishoreganj than in Haor for overnight stays. If you want to enjoy the whole beauty of the haor, it is better to go out in two or three days and extra caution should be kept in mind to avoid any accident.
