Veteran Lang talks about VA disability. Here is another video where Veteran Lang provides more education as it relates to VA disability. A question appeared in the comments about a month ago (forgive me in the video as I incorrectly say 3 weeks ago) asking about a Veteran's statement as it relates to combat and 38 USC 1154. Veteran Lang further discusses lay evidence in the general rules and compares it to the combat Veteran. 38 USC 1154 was designed to be more Veteran friendly when it comes to lay evidence and combat.
