In this video I try my first split batch using the same lager base with Saaz throughout the boil and then dry hop one batch with 30g Nelson 10g Galaxy and the other with just Simcoe. I'm seeing if I can improve on my last Nelson lager by dialling back the Nelson and adding Galaxy. With the Simcoe I'm wanting to see what a Simcoe only dryhop brings to the beer.
