材料清單:
紅蘿蔔蛋糕 (8吋X8吋X1.5吋烤盤，或 2-3個特大號馬芬)


2顆 蛋 (大顆)
2/3杯 紅糖
2大匙 融化的奶油
半杯 油
1杯 中筋麵粉
0.5小匙 鹽
1小匙 泡打粉
0.5小匙 小蘇打粉
1小匙 肉桂粉
2杯 紅蘿蔔絲

(分量外)堅果

350F/176C烤35-50分鐘
各家烤箱不同, 時間請自行斟酌
用竹籤插進蛋糕的正中間，如果竹籤拔出來上面沒有麵糊就是烤好了

Carrot Cake
(8" X 8" X 1.5" pan, or 2-3 cups of jumbo muffin)


2 large eggs
2/3 cup of brown sugar
2 tbsp melted butter
half cup of oil
1 cup of all purpose flour
0.5 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon powder
2 cups of shredded carrots

some nuts (Optional)



Bake at 350F/176C for 35-50 minutes
**Time may very depends on the type of oven you have.
Check with a toothpick to see if the center of the cake is fully cooked.
