This is a bit of a joint review of the book The Map and the oracle deck The Enchanted Map, both by Colette Barron-Reid. There are elements of Narrative Therapy and Shadow Work throughout the book; she turns the process of shadow work into a story, making it approachable and engaging. As far as self-help/personal development books go, this one has a lot of depth. It's a great book and really strengthened my understanding of the oracle deck, which was already a favourite of mine. Highly recommend both.
