Can you really eat healthy on just £1.50 a day? 🤯
In this video, I take on the £1.50 per day food challenge at Morrisons, creating simple, balanced, and affordable meals while sticking to a tight budget.
With food prices rising in the UK, this challenge shows what’s actually possible if you shop smart. I break down the cost of each ingredient, show the full shopping haul, and share the meals I ate throughout the day — all while keeping nutrition in mind.
Whether you’re a student, trying to save money, or just curious about budget healthy eating, this video is for you.

📌 This challenge continues from Week One
This £1.50 per day limited budget food challenge carries on from Week 1, where I did my main food shop at Asda. In this episode, I’m using leftover ingredients from the Week One Asda shop, combined with a small Morrisons top-up, to create healthy, affordable meals while sticking to the same tight budget.
This video is part of a 4-week budget food series, showing how planning ahead, reducing food waste, and using leftovers can make a real difference when money is tight. Each week focuses on a different supermarket while maintaining realistic, healthy meals on a very limited budget.
👇 What’s included:
Morrisons budget food shop
£1.50 daily food breakdown
Healthy, realistic meals
Honest thoughts on affordability & nutrition
