बासमती चावल - २ कप
तेल - ३ बड़े चमच
सरसों - ½ छोटी चमच
चना दाल - १ बड़ा चमच
उड़द दाल - १ बड़ा चमच
जीरा - ¼ छोटी चमच
काजू - १०
सुखी लाल िमर्च - २
लहसुन - १ बड़ा चमच
हरी मिर्च - २
कढ़ी पत्ता - २ टहनी
प्याज - २
टमाटर - ४
नमक
हल्दी - ¼ छोटी चमच
कश्‍मीरी लाल मिर्च - २ छोटी चमच
हींग - ¼ छोटी चमच
पानी
घी - २ बड़ा चमच
हरा धनिया



Ingredients:
Basmati Rice - 2 Cups
Oil - 3 Tbsp
Mustard - ½ Tsp
Split chickpea lentils - 1 Tbsp
Urad dal - 1 Tbsp
Cumin seeds - ¼ Tsp
Cashewnuts - 10
Dry red chilli - 2
Garlic - 1 Tbsp
Green chilli - 2
Curry leaves - 2 Sprig
Onion - 2
Tomato - 4
Salt
Turmeric - ¼ Tsp
Red chilli powder - 2 Tsp (Kashmiri)
Asafoetida - ¼ Tsp
Water
Clarified butter - 2 Tbsp
Coriander leaves
