The map in the spawn room shows where different rooms are, indicated by the blue marks. 3 of the rooms contain the fuses you need to unlock the exit. As soon as you collect one fuse, the trains start coming, and collecting each subsequent fuse makes them more aggressive. I recommend taking a picture of the map before you leave the starting room and then scouting out the locations of the blue marks on the map to find out where all the fuses are before you take any. This way you'll already know where each one is by the time the trains start coming and you'll be better prepared to plan out your route.

Apologies for cuts in the video, I had to glance at a picture of my map off-camera to figure out where to go next in some spots, and I didn't want to leave in unnecessary footage of me standing around doing nothing while I looked at it, thus why the round stats show the game lasted longer than the video's length.
