Lamb shanks
Salt
Some oil
1 onion
baby carrots
1 celery rib
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp tomato paste
I tsp salt
1 tsp crushed coriander
1 tsp dried rosemary
I tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp sweet paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 bay leaves
1/2 cup water
Pressure cook for 50-minutes on high
I tsp coro starch
2 tbsp water
