今天這個案分享是關於一位四十多歲的男士, 他長期有頸膊疼,大概兩年前開始發現眼睛開始朦, 最特別就是他的眼角看不到東西, 我跟他做檢查的時候我的手在他的眼角邊的時候, 他完全看不到我的手. 之前其實有找眼科醫生檢查眼睛 檢查, 眼底其實也沒什麼問題. 所以他想聽人說頸椎問題也會影響眼睛朦朧朧, 甚至可能會影響視覺的功能, 但是我檢查完他情況後我就發現有點不尋常, 所以我幫他做了個腦部磁力共振 及頸椎磁力共振 , 後來原來發現他腦裡面有一個腦下垂體的腫瘤....

In today’s case sharing, it’s about a 40 year old man. He suffer from long term neck and shoulder pain. 2 years ago, he started having blurry vision , and he unable to see from his peripheral vision. When he came to consult me , I place my hands by his peripheral vision, he was unable to see my hand. He previously went to an eye doctor to check, but there wasn’t any problem with his eyes. He heard from others that neck problem could cause blurry vision and affect eye vision. But after I examined his case. I found his symptom is unusual, so I did a brain MRI scan and neck MRI Scan for him finally found out inside his brain, has a 4cm pituitary tumor....
