Passionfruit Lemon Cheesecake

It’s fresh, juicy, and bursting with passionfruit and lemon flavor in every bite. At the bottom, you’ve got a fudgy brownie layer that melts slowly in your mouth—it’s so good on its own but even better as part of this cake. On top of that sits a creamy passionfruit lemon cheesecake layer, followed by a smooth, velvety lemon curd that brings everything together.

Then, just before serving, I scoop on a thick layer of marshmallow fluff—because that’s how it should be done! Marshmallow fluff is like a hybrid between marshmallows and marshmallow frosting—light, stable, and so creamy that it melts slowly in your mouth.
