They are Zanthoxylum Genus, commonly called 'Prickly Ash' .. but Z. Simulans and Z. Piperetum have a couple of other, way cooler names: Szechuan and Sansho pepper trees. I'm not going to say that they're rare, but .. if you aren't already on the waiting list for next year, you just might have to wait until year AFTER next to get your hands on one of these trees.
Nominally dioecious, Sansho, or "Japanese" Pepper trees have occasionally been found with both male and female flowers (monoecious), and although it is an aberration, monoecious Szechuan pepper trees aren't entirely unheard of, either. We will have to wait and see if those characteristics are present in our new specimens.
