The Yankees defeated the Brewers 20-9 and hit a franchise-record 9 home runs, becoming just the third team in Major League history to hit at least 9 home runs in a game. Paul Goldschmidt, Cody Bellinger, and Aaron Judge became the first trio in Major League history to hit back-to-back-to-back home runs on the first three pitches of a game. Aaron Judge (4-for-6, 4R, 1 double, 3HR, 8RBI) recorded his third career 3HR-game and his 40th career multi-HR game.
