These unofficial tournaments are held weekly (usually on Saturday's & Sunday's) and are played in a best of 3 single elimination bracket format (players play 2-3 games, whoever wins 2 games advances in a tournament bracket).

Some tournaments have special rules and restrictions. In this particular tournament, there were none. Every card was allowed and players were allowed to switch cards in between matches.

There were 7 players so one player would automatically be placed in semi-finals without having to play in the first round. That lucky player ended up being me.

In between matches, I switched from Tesla to Blazing Gem and switched from Ultimate Strike to Sabotage. I realize after the first match that custom matches (every tower, hero, & spell are level 7 and enemies are properly scaled) allow unconventional decks to perform well, unlike stadium.
