FAANG Stocks Analysis: Are the FAANG Stocks Overvalued in 2020?

FAANG stands for Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Netflix, and Google, five of the largest tech stocks in the world with a combined market cap larger than most countries gross domestic product. It has driven much of the rise of the US stock market indices and has performed extremely well over the past two decades. Tech is known for trading at outrageous valuations, so the question is are these tech stocks currently at values worth buying? In this video, we will explore the valuation of the FAANG stocks. You will learn more about valuing growth stocks yourself and this may help you decide whether now or the near future is a good time for you to invest in these companies.

In this video we explore, learn about, discuss, and analyze these FAANG growth stocks using the price to earnings ratio, price to sales ratio, PEG ratio, price to book ratio, price to EBITDA, price to EBIT, price to operating cash flow, and price to free cash flow. We utilize tools available on Fast Graphs, Fidelity, and Finbox and compare these companies valuations to one another, to their industries, and to their own historical valuation. Finally, based on valuation, we analyze potential future growth and a fair price based on analyst estimates.
