⚡️COBRA is the Mega Monday Move of the Week! ⚡️
We are wrapping up the Mega Monday Wheelbarrow series with this challenging move! The Cobra is a core exercise that targets the muscles in the abdominals and arms.
Setup this exercise by placing hands on the front platform, then knees, or toes on the first red line of the carriage.
1) Keeping the body and spine stable, slowly push the carriage out and lower the forearms down to the carriage (tricep dip movement)
2) Finding your lowest point and the mega shakes, slowly return to your original plank or modified plank position by straightening the arms.
