Hey guys, in this video I demonstrate how to sharpen a ZT with a Wicked Edge Generation 3 Pro Sharpener. I also talk about some tips that knife makers can use to have success with this system. Tips:
1. Start with a wider angle. It's much easier to re-profile to a more acute edge once you've got a bevel established on the blade.
2. Use a marker and make sure your stone is reaching the apex, before you start grinding with a coarser stone
3. Always make sure to find the burr, also known as the wire edge.
4. Keep your stone flat against the edge for the entire stroke
