🍫 Homemade Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients (for one 8-inch cake):
• 2 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
• 1 cup (200g) sugar white+brown
• ½ cup (60g) cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
• 2 large eggs (room temperature)
• ½ cup (120ml) vegetable oil (or melted butter)
•. ½ cup (120ml) milk (room temperature)
• ½ cup (120ml) hot water with 1 tbsp of coffee (for richer flavor)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease cake mould.
2. Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. Add wet ingredients: Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
4. Add hot water/coffee: Slowly pour in hot water or coffee while mixing. The batter will be thin — that’s normal.
5. Bake: Pour batter into the pan and bake for 40-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Topping:
Cream 1 pack
Chocolate any 100g

🍲 Simple Chicken Qorma Recipe 🍗✨

Ingredients:
• 500g chicken
• 2 medium onions (sliced)
• ½ cup yogurt (whisked)
• half cup oil or ghee
• 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• Whole spices: 2–3 cardamoms, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 bay leaf
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• ½ tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp red chili powder
• ½ tsp garam masala
• Salt to taste
• ½ cup water

Method:
1. Fry onions in oil/ghee until golden then separate in a plate.
2. Add oil ginger-garlic paste + whole spices.
3. Add chicken, cook until lightly browned.
4. Mix in powdered spices + salt.
5. Stir in yogurt, cook 2–3 mins.
6. Add ½ cup water, cover & simmer 15–20 mins.
7. Finish with garam masala.

✨ Serve hot with roti, naan, or rice!
